Williamsburg Landing Expanding their Independent Living Community for Seniors
The Board of Directors of Williamsburg Landing unanimously approved an expansion project that will add 39 new independent living residences, as well as a community center that will include a state-of-the-art, 300-seat resident community theater, and studio space for artists and musicians. The expansion will be located on property adjacent to Williamsburg Landing on Marclay Road. Construction is projected to begin in November 2023, with occupancy beginning in the Fall of 2024. The name of the new neighborhood will be called Anchor Cove.
New residents may select from a variety of home models ranging from 1,680 square feet to 2,400 square feet. The project was designed by Guernsey-Tingle and WM Jordan will serve as the General Contractor. Gregory T. Storer, President & CEO states “We selected these firms based on their outstanding track record in the senior living space”.
