Our on-site Nurse Practitioner is available to provide primary care to all Williamsburg Landing residents in our convenient, modern and fully equipped primary care clinic located in the Landing Building. In addition, our physician, nurse practitioner and professional nursing employees are available to provide comprehensive clinical services in our licensed areas.
Jennifer has an accomplished track record of success in the medical field. After earning two Bachelor's degrees, one in Medical Technology and the other in Nursing, she continued her education to earn her Master of Science degree in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, she holds her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licenses in GA, FL, SC, TX and VA.

Amir Hajimomenian, MD received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada and a medical degree from Ross University, School of Medicine in Florida. He also completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency through Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Hajimomenian is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
He is a member of the American Medical Directors Association and Virginia Medical Directors Association. Dr. Hajimomenian is a Certified Medical Director has practiced in multiple hospitals, outpatient practices and Post- Acute Care since July 2003.
Huy Tran, DO received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. He received his graduate degree in Biomedical Science, followed by his medical degree, from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tran completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph's Mercy of Macomb and Oakwood Southshore in Michigan, then Jefferson Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After this, he worked as a Hospitalist for Riverside Hospital, Chesapeake General Hospital, Hampton Roads Specialty Hospital, Southern Regional Medical Center and VCU. Dr. Tran is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Internists, American College of Physicians and Society of Hospital Medicine.
Camille earned an Associate degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Virginia Peninsula (formerly Thomas Nelson) Community College in 2011. Then a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in 2021, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in 2023. Camille completed her family nurse practitioner clinical rotations locally with various skilled physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. She holds her license to practice through the Virginia Department of Health Professions and is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
